I chose this project beause it's a stary to my interest to make a videogame. This code isn't perfect but it was a place to start. This code is meant to replicate the classic game galaga. Just like the controller used to play the game left and right arrow moves the ship left and right. Up shoots and the goal is to hit the aliens oce they are hit then an image of an explosion shows up. Once all of them are hit then a Victory page is shown and R can be pressed to restart.
I picked the BSD 2-Clause License. I selected this license because it made the most sense to me. It's a license that grants basically unlimited freedom when the copyright notices is included. I rejected the others because they didn't seem as flexible compared to the BSD clause. I thought the limitations on the others would make it harder/ more complicated to collaborate with others.
I think this license allows for my goal to be able to collaborate to make this game more smooth and intereactive. I want to make it similar to Galaga. I want to add some components that Galaga doesn't have. I think with collaboration more creativity would be used. Therefore this license doesn't stand in the way of my goal.
